We are a local company catering to Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas. We specialize in
gourmet Nathan's Famous brand hot dogs, locally made Holmes smoked sausage, Johnsonville
brats and barbeque brisket.
Our setup up includes a unique griddle steam cart. The owner has Food Manager Safety
certification and we are insured. We can prepare our foods at your location or deliver them to you.
Our experience includes, local business promotions, parties and large festivals/events. We setup
at the Houston International Festival, and Grand Prix of Houston at the Reliant Center. We were
also setup at the Home Depot in Webster, TX.
